As a Team Alignment Coach and Consultant, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's Degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. With a focus on effective collaboration and collective efficacy, my work centers on building cohesive, vision-driven teams lead by highly reflective leaders.
